Major League Lacrosse
Brendan Mundorf, Peet Poillon and Drew Westervelt, all of the Denver Outlaws, have been named the Major League Lacrosse All-Star Teams. This year’s All-Star game will showcase a new twist as the two winners of the MLL Ultimate Fan Fantasy Contest will be the captains of the two All-Star teams. Additionally, the two winners, Nathan Solomon and Michael Hatala, will get to hand pick their teams.
Mundorf leads the MLL in scoring this year with 18 goals and 11 assists, while Westervelt is second on Denver (T-8th in MLL) with 11 goals and 6 dimes and Poillon is third with 12 goals (1 two-pointer) and two assists. Denver is tied for the MLL lead with 5-1 record. Former Retriever Terry Kimener also has three goals in two games for the Outlaws.
