Our next installment covers America East Basketball Media Day, which was held in the Connecticut Capitol building in Hartford, Ct. on Oct. 14. We had a chance to interview America East commissioner Patrick Nero, UMBC men’s basketball coach Randy Monroe, UMBC women’s basketball coach Phil Stern and Robert H. Forrester, the CEO and President of Newman’s Own Foundation, which sponsors the America East Basketball Championships.
