Here’s video highlights and post-game comments from head coach Ian Blanchard after UMBC volleyball’s 3-0 victory over Howard in the first game of the Madison Bingaman Memorial Tournament presented by BWI Holiday Inn. The Retrievers were led by a trio of freshmen, including Ali Goc, Emily Vandegrift and Rebecca Garrigues. Goc had 10 kills, while Vandegrift added eight and Garrigues recorded 21 assists to go along with six kills.
